Join us as we drive the future of renewable energy, one project at a time.

Project Overview: The Montepuez Graphite Project operates under mining concession 9895C (converted in 2019 from exploration license 5993L). Exploration work conducted from 2016 to 2019 included eight drill holes, culminating in a JORC-compliant report issued in 2022, confirming the project's graphite resource potential of 15,5 million tons ore >6% TGC and 12,5 million ton of vanadium ore 0.14% V2OS.

The project targets the growing global demand for graphite, particularly for battery & industrial applications, with a focus on producing high-grade graphite concentrate.

The Solution:
Our Focus:📢Ovahana with high-grade graphite mining concession in a proven graphite district 94%+Located 40 km from Syrah's Balama mine. 15.5 million tons of high-grade graphite ore (TGC >6%) ideal for battery-grade applications purity anode-grade graphite.

Top 3 Producers: China🇨🇳 (70%), India 🇮🇳 Mozambique🇲🇿Ovahans Concession 9096C 7,31 7ha. 12.5 million tons of vanadium ore at 0.14 % V205
>Targeting production by late 2026, with plans for a processing plant in Scotland by 2031.

Sustainable practices

We champion ESG-compliant, low-carbon mining and processing to ensure our operations benefit both the environment and local communities.

Secure supply chain

We provide a reliable, non-Chinese supply chain for critical minerals, ensuring security and stability for our partners.

Strategic eu production

Our EU-based Advanced Active Material (AAM) production caters to local markets, reducing transportation costs and environmental impact.

Partnerships for a sustainable future

We seek to collaborate with EV manufacturers, battery producers, and steel & VRFB manufacturers, offering long-term contracts and a secure supply of graphite and vanadium.

Graphite has numerous applications across various industries due to its "unique properties". Here are some of its main uses:

Industrial Applications
- *Refractory Materials*
Graphite is used to make crucibles, retorts, and furnace linings due to its high-temperature resistance and thermal stability.
*Lubricants*: Graphite's layered structure makes it an effective dry lubricant, reducing friction and wear in mechanical applications.
- *Batteries*: Graphite is a crucial component in lithium-ion batteries, serving as an anode material that enables efficient energy storage and release.
- *Electrical Industry*: Graphite's high electrical conductivity makes it suitable for electrodes, brushes, and electrical contacts.

Our commitment to Mozambique

We are committed to responsible mining practices in the Montepuez region, ensuring stability and growth for both our operations and the local community. Our concession is already reserved, and we're dedicated to phased funding to minimize capital risk.

Risks and mitigation

We proactively address potential risks, including Cabo Delgado instability, graphite price volatility, and regulatory delays, through active community engagement, conservative pricing, and diligent compliance.
